** Eid Ul Adha Announcement **

We are pleased to announce that Eid ul Adha will inshaAllah be celebrated on 31st July.

There will be 2 Jamat’s as per below:

1st Jamat at 9 o’clock

2nd Jamat at 10 o’clock

Due to Covid 19 restrictions and limited space sisters are welcome in Second Jamat only.

Please:

* Do Wudu at HOME
* Bring your OWN Prayer Mat & Shoe Bag
* Park your cars SAFELY
* Wear a MASK on entry to Mosque
* Follow instructions from Volunteers to be SEATED
* Please cooperate with the volunteers as YOUR SAFETY is of utmost importance

We would like to wish you and all your families Eid Mubarak, we pray اللَّه سُبْحَانَهُ وَتَعَالَى accepts all our prayers.

We are please to announce by the Grace of Allah subhana t’alla that Eid ul FITR in sh’Allah will be one Sunday the 24th of May . Due to the COVID 19 regulations we are unable to open the Masjid so therefore there will be no Eid prayer . Sadaqat ul FITR is £4.00 per head which you can pay towards the Coronavirus Needy people appeal to the Mosque,The Bank details are as follow , **Account Number: 00120007

Ma sh’Allah today was a very special and proud day for the Muslim Community . Eid flag was raised in the Town Square outside the Council offices and for the first time the Azan was read Alhamdullilah by brother Jihangir Jamel Saeid .
Also the clocktower will be lit in green from tonight !!!

The Executive of the Gravesend & Dartford Muslim Association Central Mosque 11 Albion Terrace Gravesend are pleased to announce the start of Ramadhan in sh’Allah on Friday 24th April 2020 . RAMADHAN MUBARAK
PLEASE KINDLY NOTE :
1. Masjid shall remain closed due to COVID 19 until further notice therefore there will be no congregational prayers
Including Taraweeh
2. PLEASE STAY AT HOME AND BE SAFE AND KEEP OTHERS SAFE
3. If you require any help especially vulnerable or sick we will try our best to help you : just contact us
4. Try and read prayers with your families
5. Give donations to the poor and needy and also remember your Masjid still needs running cost donations .
6. Read the Quran regularly and send salutations upon our beloved RASUL’ALLAH peace be upon him
May Allah subhana t’Allah give you and the your families and the entire Muslim Ummah barakat, peace and blessings during the Holy Month of Ramadhan

Takeaway containers are arranged through out the month of Ramadhan by the Association and other community members. Please contact the executive committe to participate or donate towards the Iftar programme.The food containers will consist of Rice,Fruit,Dates and water.will be available from 7:30pm to 8:00pm.starting from friday 24th April.
